"This was a wonderful properly! Something I never thought I’d have to add to a review was the fact that I was thrilled to find wash cloths in our bathroom. The other hotels we visited during our trip did NOT provide wash cloths. The beds were also great, and their staff was fantastic as well. "

"Best things are the location, cause it’s walkable to main spots, and the thermal water pool. But it’s not a 5 star hotel. Few options to eat inside the hotel, quite basic and very expensive for the standard. Rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was kind and willing to help. We got a room in front of a laundry closet, there was too much noise coming from it. "

The food was great, the staff was friendly, they offered us lots of snacks and plenty of water in our rooms, daily housekeeping, just all in all a great experience. We got married at Isola del Garda, just a 30 minute boat ride from the dock behind the hotel which was convenient. The asthetic of the property was very elegant, old money luxury.
