Great location for a few days in Colmar

Great property for a group of 6-8 to enjoy Colmar. Central location with access to nearby parking. Large 3rd floor apartment with all the amenities you’ll need and a prompt and courteous staff. For a quirky old building the layout was fine and spacious. Only downside would be a lack of views from the property itself as your sandwiches between other buildings, but a short walk solves that with ease. I’d stay here again!

Perfect location in the heart of Colmar.

We loved this property. We were so close to historic sites, shopping, and dining. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. While it seemed a bit odd to go to a separate site to complete booking, the communication, instructions, and information specific to our stay was easy to access and coveted all aspects of our stay. Both the check in and departure processes were easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. While we weren’t here for Christmas Markets and missed the Easter Market by only a few days, I assure you this property is perfectly located for that as well.

Perfect location, central in Colmar.OK for two couples, because only one bedroom had access to the bathroom and it was so small that you couldn't close the door when someone was in there.

The Apartment was spacious, but it needs a few touch ups. The location is a ten out of ten. Parking was a bit of a problem but we managed to make it work. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

Spacious comfortable apartment in Colmar

Newly renovated, great condition, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped. The only problem was no instructions on using the stove and the fact that is wasn't very efficient for stove top cooking. Otherwise a great place to stay. Very responsive and helpful management.

Great apartment at the centre of Colmar. Plenty of wonderful restaurants on your doorstep and plenty of places to visit nearby. Had an amazing tasting tour in a winery owned by M & Mme Horcher in Mittlewir. Would highly recommend them. The only slight issue is that we couldn’t get the washing machine door to open and had to get somebody to help us. There wasn’t any instructions which didn’t help. Thank you for making my birthplace very special. As we drove into Colmar my 15 year old daughter said that she wished she had been born in such a beautiful city.

Großzügige Wohnung, super Lage in der Innenstadt. Für 8 Personen wäre es etwas eng. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, das eine ist allerdings sehr klein, so dass man das Waschbecken fast nur mit offener Türe nutzen kann. Einiges in der Küche wirkte auch schon etwas abgenutzt, die Bedienung des Herdes nicht ganz einfach. Toll ist dagegen die reichhaltige Ausstattung mit Gläsern und Geschirr. Die Betten waren super, auch der Aufzug in die 3. Etage ist angenehm. Trotz absoluter Innenstadtlage war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben unser Auto bei einem Parkplatz (Rapp) abgestellt und konnten in Colmar von der Wohnung aus alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft dreckig, Mobiliar zum großen Teil defekte und von billigsten! WC ist gleichzeitig die Abstellkammer! Glühbirnen in der Küche waren alle kaputt! Wir können diese Wohnung für den Preis nicht empfehlen, die Agentur die wir gleich am ersten Tag benachrichtigt hatte hat sich bis heute nicht zurück gemeldet! Und

Baumgartner Apt - Things to Improve

The bldg entrance is dirty and smells of garbage. The elevator also smells of garbage. When we arrived only 1 of 2 toilets worked. Someone came to fix it after 24 hrs but it still didnt work properly. The second toilet also needs to be fixed. The biggest inconvenience is the number of emails from different people for everything,If we wrote one email we received 5 answers from 5 different places - Vrbo, Cotoon(more than 2) etc..

A few blocks from the cathedral. Well appointed. Third floor with elevator. Indoor parking available

With another couple greatly enjoyed our stay. Checkin not as thorough as other HA places. Had to figure out appliances and location of stuff on our own. Hot water availability especially challenging to understand though given our habits always available. Bathroom setup awkward for 2couples. Toilets accessed from one door though in separate rooms. Shower room accessible only through a bedroom. If renters are friends rather than family, should be very close friends.
