  • Located in the heart of the city center, this second-floor apartment in a historic building offers an authentic yet modern setting. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the peaceful street guarantees a relaxing and tranquil stay.

    This apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, perfect for comfortably accommodating up to six people. The building's original character is evident in the exposed beams, adding charm and character to each room.

    You will also find two modern bathrooms for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals in a pleasant environment. The living area comprises a cozy lounge and a welcoming dining room, ideal for sharing moments with family and friends.

    For your convenience, an underground parking space is included, a valuable asset in the city center.

    Thanks to its exceptional location, you're at the heart of Colmar's vibrant atmosphere while enjoying the tranquility of a peaceful alleyway. The "Le Hartemann" apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Little Venice, museums, gourmet markets, and the magical ambiance of Colmar during the holidays.

    Its prime location in the city center provides a strategic base for your sightseeing, allowing you to soak up the enchanting atmosphere of this district during the Christmas and Easter markets.

    All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi) are included in the price. A baby cot and high chair are available.

    To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit via a Swikly link or credit card (authorization required).

    Self-check-in is available via a key box, ensuring a simple and flexible setup. A WhatsApp group will be created upon booking to stay in touch before, during, and after your stay, if needed.

Wir hatten als Familie mit 2 Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Colmar. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist sehr ruhig. Sie ist toll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Perfect location, well stocked, beautifully furnished, spacious and so very charming and cozy. The perfect balance of updated and retaining the original character. We hated to leave and would love to come back- do not hesitate to book this place!

Amazing historic property. Just beautiful interior that has brought 21st century convenience into a historic building. Great for traveling with families as the kids had their space with a jack and jill bath. Super close to the squares with dining and shops, short walk to the canal and covered market. Easy drive out to hiking and castles and the Ecomuse that we loved. Wish there had been more than 1 set of keys for when we split up but we made the lock box work. The parking space is an adventure to get into an better with a tiny car. The 3rd party host was very communicative which was harder to manage while traveling but we loved our stay.

Very well located in the center of Colmar. The flat is newly renovated and well decorated, rooms are specious and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipted. Host contact me well ahead of time and communicate all necessary information for check in and procedures. Free parking is a plus, but the parking space is very tide, it’s hardly fitting a standard size car, so be aware if you plan to park there. Over all we are very satisfied and price also very reasonable.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Alles von der Küche über die Beleuchtung bis hin zum Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber und der Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte Ausstattung sind sowohl praktisch als auch ästhetisch gestaltet. Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in Colmar, sodass alles bequem zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Der Garagenparkplatz ist ein grosses Plus. Mit einem grösseren Auto wird es allerdings etwas eng und das Einparken erfordert etwas Fahrgeschick.

Séjour formidable dans l'appartement "Le Hartemann" idéalement situé dans le centre historique de...

Nous avons eu le privilège de séjourner à Colmar, dans une maison classée monument historique, dans un appartement haut de gamme "Le Hartemann". Celui-ci était très confortable, décoré avec goût et avec des matériaux nobles, parfaitement équipé et tellement bien situé, dans le centre historique même, tout en étant au calme, et préservé du bruit lié à l'affluence en cette période de Noël. Nous avions, à proximité de l'appartement, une place de parking privée, un plus indispensable, pour ne pas voir son séjour gâché, en raison des difficultés à stationner durant les festivités de fin d'année. Pour résumer, nous avons passé un séjour formidable et avons pu profiter pleinement du marché de Noël de Colmar, ainsi que de tous les autres magnifiques villages proches, en partie grâce à cet appartement. Je tiens à remercier également Carole, à l'écoute et très réactive, qui nous a accompagnés, du début à la fin de notre séjour, en nous donnant des informations claires et précises.

Sehr schöne, mit wertigen Gegenständen eingerichtete Wohnung im 2. Stock eines alten Hauses. Funktional eingerichtete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und zwei Gefrierschubladen. Zwei schöne Duschbäder mit begehbaren Duschen. Großer Esstisch mit Stühlen, die Bezüge haben, die im Sommer sehr warm sind. Sofa und Sessel mit Bezug, der im Sommer sehr warm ist. Nur 1 "luftiger" Sessel und 1 "luftiger" Klappstuhl da. Die Betten waren unterschiedlich komfortabel (eines sehr weich). Wir waren für 1 Woche bei 38 Grad in dieser Wohnung, die nicht isoliert zu sein scheint und keine Klimaanlage hat. Durchzug machen war nicht möglich, weil kein Lüftchen ging. Die Nächte kühlen nicht ab. Die Wohnung auch nicht. Wir hätten uns wenigstens Ventilatoren gewünscht. Der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist sehr, sehr eng. Wir konnten nur mit eingeklappten Seitenspiegeln parken. Einweisung durch eine 2. Person war trotz Abstandspiepsern etc nötig. Wäre es nicht heiß gewesen, hätten wir 5 Sterne gegeben.
