Wonderful Stay in Colmar

The city is amazing. The location was in the thick of things. Took less than an hour to get to from the airport. We also did day trips to Speyer and got some skiiing in. The house was perfect for our to families. Would definitely stay again on our next trip over.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, although needing some TLC. The master shower had both hand held and rainshower facilities, but the lever to switch to the rain shower was missing. Whilst showering with the hand held was possible, we would have preferred the rain shower. There was a peculiar smell every morning in the area by the staircase, which dissipated over the day. We never discovered what it was. The bedrooms are large, but the air conditioners were not adequate for a hot summer. The apartment is really well situated for the old town, and we all had a really good time together. So overall a very pleasant experience!

Auf den ersten Blick tolle und moderne Ausstattung, technisch aber sehr veraltet. In einer Dusche funktioniert nur die Handbrause, im oberen Stockwerk roch es extrem modrig, unteres WC kann innerhalb von 10min nur 1x gespült werden, da es sehr langsam nachläuft, im Küchenschrank lag eine offene alte Packung Kekse

Appartement idéalement situé

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les grands espaces des différentes pièces et la propreté. La situation dans Colmar hyper centre et la proximité pour visiter la route des vins et multiples villages typiquement alsaciens. On sent que l'appartement a déjà bien vécu et de nombreux matériaux sont abîmés ou vieillissants tel que les canapés un peu élimés, le parquet abimé dans le couloir, les portes de placard de la cuisine mal fixées , 1 porte de SDB endommagée, le miroir du grand placard brisé et l'escalier qui bouge beaucoup et très bruyant quand on l'utilise. Tout cela n'empêche pas de passer un excellent séjour mais il faut peut-être penser à renouveler certains matériaux.

Bel appartement très bien situé. Quelques travaux de rafraîchissement seraient les bienvenus.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est conforme au descriptif, propre, clair et spacieux et très bien situé en centre ville. L’appartement mériterait quelques travaux de rafraîchissement mais rien de grave (un sol abîmé, une porte vitrée de penderie cassée et la chasse d’eau des toilettes qui ne fonctionne pas bien).

Nice apartment with great location

The apartment was clean, wide, well furnished, with towels, Lenin , soap . The owner was generous ( there were welcoming cookies water and drinks ) ,helpful and friendly. The location was great. - l don't like the apartment stairs it was very narrow and spiral .

Estancia fantástica

Me ha gustado la ubicación, la comodidad del comedor-salón con la cocina abierta y la amplitud. Había lo indispensable para las noches que íbamos a estar, pastilla lavaplatos, algunas cápsulas de café, papel WC, bolsas basura y el detalle de la botella de champang Podría tener algún enchufe más, en 1 cuarto de baño no había ninguno. Pagué por equivocación para dos coches y sólo llevábamos 1, el link que me enviaron para solucionarlo no conseguí que funcionara y al final he pagado doble por el parquing.
