House Rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



Pets are accepted upon request with a supplement of 30 per stay and per animal.



Bedding and towels, as well as the standard final housekeeping at the end of the stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



It is, however, your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy the interior of the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional service called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 before your arrival. In the absence of a prior reservation for this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60 for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your ID via the Yaago platform after your booking, as well as the information necessary for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not correspond to that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
