A maximum of six people are welcome in this cozy nest. As for its location, it is ideal, you will be at the entrance to the city center of Colmar.



The accommodation is located on the first floor without elevator and consists of:

Two adjoining rooms, the first with 2 single beds, the second with a double bed (you enter the room with the 2 single beds to go to the one with the double bed)

A third bedroom with 1 double bed

A kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, kitchen equipment. As well as a dining table for 6 people.

A lounge area with a very comfortable U-shaped sofa, additional seating, a television,

A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double sink and a toilet.



The accommodation will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you as best as possible during your stay:

Cleaning will be done

Beds will be made with clean sheets

Clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel

House rules:



This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device carries a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.



Animals are strictly prohibited.



Linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a so-called “full cleaning” supplement for the apartment for €30. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €60 cleaning costs.



You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
