Discover this charming gîte ideally located in a quiet residential area, just a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Colmar.

This spacious house welcomes you with a large entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a dining area, and direct access to the terrace and garden.

The ground floor includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds (90x190). You'll also find a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await you: a double bedroom (160x200) and two bedrooms with a single bed (90x190). A shower room with a toilet completes this level, as well as a relaxation area or games room equipped with a sofa and armchairs.

The basement houses a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

A parking space is available in the courtyard, and free parking is easily found in the surrounding streets.

Thanks to its ideal location near the city center, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.

Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi.

To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9 [hidden] to 12 [hidden] and 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden], and the security deposit via a Swikly link or by credit card (bank imprint).

The house is located in a residential area 15 minutes walk from the historic center of COLMAR, where you can stroll along the many cobbled streets, admire the typical half-timbered houses, but also taste various specialties in one of the countless restaurants.

By car, you can escape on the legendary Wine Route to visit one of the charming wine villages of Alsace such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg or Ribeauvillé.

The house is located near the city center, shops and restaurants, 2.1 km from the train station, 1.2 km from a supermarket and 57 km from Basel - Mulhouse - Freiburg airport.
End of stay cleaning is included.

Wunderbar für Familienurlaub

Wir haben hier eine sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern verbracht. Das Haus bietet genug Platz und Zimmer für alle und ist modern und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.Colmar und Umgebung boten viele attraktive Ziele für gemeinsame Ausflüge. Mehr Burgen und Ruinen haben wir in so kurzer Zeit noch nie besichtigt:-) In Colmar haben wir die Fete de musique erleben dürfen.
