Room was basic and not clean. We were told WiFi was available, it wasn’t. We booked and paid extra for a business room, we were given a standard room and refund was refused by the hotel. Not a bad location for getting to cologne city centre.

Parking 10eur per night, no guaranteed a space, next to railway which double glazed windows keeps noise out however window whiles when closed, to stop this open slightly but then you can hear the railway line, so you get the whistle or the railway nose. URBAN LOFT Cologne
Very close to the train station in a safe area. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Really great place to stay. Had to catch an early train so we didn’t stay for breakfast.
