「We had an amazing stay at Atma Villas – Holistic Wellness Experience. Everything was perfect! The place is very clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. 「The hot tub smelled rotten, the water was clearly not cleaned. Once we checked in we realized the staff left the property for a couple of hours - the desk is not always staffed, so there is truly no security. The room was not clean and there is was no hot water in the shower. When we told the property we wanted to leave, they just told us to pay them and offered no resolution for our complaints.
