"The breakfast was amazing ! "

"Breakfast was great every morning, and the staff was very helpful—especially when we had early excursions, providing breakfast boxes for convenience. Unfortunately, the pool staff was often rude and seemed irritated, particularly regarding towels. The room’s air conditioning wasn’t very effective, which made it uncomfortable at times. The door leading to the pool area was also broken, making it difficult to go in and out while keeping the room cool. The bathroom has a glass door, which offers little privacy if you’re sharing the room. On a positive note, housekeeping did a good job overall, although they occasionally came in while we were still asleep or napping. "

"The entire room and floor 16 smelled like Mildew mold. I asked to change rooms but was denied because “the whole hotel was booked” and instead was given a dehumidifier to help but it had to keep being emptied so it was annoying. The fire alarm went off several times in the middle of the night jolting us awake and went off for at least 5-6 minutes the first time. The front desk did not seem concerned and said not to worry. It went off again and again until around 2/3 in the morning for a few seconds to a minute each time. The pool looks nice from afar but had weird white film and foam clouding the water. Will never stay again!!!! "
