“I really enjoyed my stay. It was 6 minutes walk to the beach where I found some beautiful agates! There was a store close by that had everything needed. The host was amazing. He let me use the washing machine as needed and even drove me to the grocery store. I could tell that he wanted me to have a good stay. The pool was really nice as well. “Corporate owned property that was nice but none of the touches that an owner would include. Top of mind example was no Welcome Book that introduced the property and the location (groceries, restaurants, building amenities). Nice place and we enjoyed our time there.”

“Lorenzo, the host was very responsive to my emails, and communication about the unit was very clear. The apartment was clean and spacious. The air conditioners worked perfectly. The condo is in a good location, a few blocks from a couple of supermarkets. Having a washer & dryer was a plus. If you're facing the building from the street, the concierge/office is in the front on the bottom floor. I had difficulty recognizing the concierge office at night at time of checkin. “the place wasn’t as it look. the bedding didn’t have mattress covers. One of the bathroom was clogged m. was not happy When we got there they gave us one key. A week later then they gave us the extra key without the key file to get in the elevator and the other door ”

“It could use a few lamps especially in the bedroom, some pictures on the walls. The curtains in the smaller bedroom didn’t close on the right side. It’s a bit run down for the price. The location is ok. It is in a neighborhood so must take a taxi. That was ok as taxis are everywhere. The view of the water is great as it has almost wrap around windows in the living/ social area.”
