"When we booked the Living Waters Casita we were hoping for a place to get away from it all. That's exactly what we got. We had what felt like a private beach and our son enjoyed fishing everyday from the dock right off the beach. The unit is well thought out and well equipped. Any time we needed something or had questions the on site team was ready to help. And we can't say enough good things about Lany, the caretaker. He truly cares. There were several good restaurants close by but nothing...

"I had booked a villa online through Expedia. The reservation went through and they charged my card, so I assumed it was confirmed. The morning we were leaving for Guanaja I emailed them about providing us an airport shuttle. They claimed they did not have our reservation on record! Someone at the hotel made a mistake somewhere, and instead of accommodating us to another villa (which they said they had available at first, but then all of a sudden they were all "under maintenance") they said they...

"I really like the hotel, but wend I got to the hotel no one knew that I was coming even with my reservation number on hand, the villa was not clean I have to wait almost a hour with my family for them to clean up, there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper,etc. the communication between the hotel and the villa owner was terrible it was a really bad welcome for my entire family."
