“We spent 3 nights here while in town for a celebration of life. I rated it excellent but have a couple suggestions. When money permits, the bathroom could use upgrading. The tub and walls and trim could use improvement. The sink drains a bit slowly. That's an expensive process but it woud make the property much nicer. Also, you could use some more silverware. Thanks for the excellent communication and stay. And I must say the beds and especially the pillows were very good! What brand……

“2nd time renting from this host and will continue when we come to Davenport. New subdivision, great for walking, close to a trail. Conveniently located with easy access to grocery, restaurants, highway. Units are clean, spacious, well-equipped with whatever you need, and comfortable. As pics describe, you get a full kitchen, dining, living room, laundry room, and nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Bonus is access to a garage! Check-in/out, as well as communication with host, was seamless!”
