“A beautiful property not far from the town centre. Free tuk tuk into town daily. Trips were arranged easily for us by the staff. Our tuk tuk driver Sambo was excellent. “Die Unterkunft selber ist wirklich sehr gut: sauber, schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Besitzer war total freundlich. Das Frühstück fand ich etwas langweilig, etwas mehr Auswahl/ Abwechslung wäre toll. Die Qualität war aber sehr gut! Einziges wirkliches Manko des Hotels ist die Lage. Etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum direkt neben einer Disko/Nachtclub. Dadurch war es nachts leider sehr laut. Trotz Ohrstöpseln war es leider sehr schwierig, einzuschlafen. Ich……

“This is a very beautiful property a few km outside the city of Battambang. The rooms in the front are large, very high ceilings, with a separate seating area. “房間很差，根本稱不上4星，最基本清潔就不夠，床頭有灰塵，床單也粗粗的，廁所也很糟，洗髮跟洗澡的兩瓶，上面的標示都糊掉了，看不出來哪瓶是哪種，而且其中ㄧ瓶已經壓不出來，毛巾也舊舊的，而我們的浴缸是在外面，僅用ㄧ塊布遮其中ㄧ側，另兩邊完全沒有遮，而旁邊就是民宅，誰敢洗，窗簾更不用說，根本沒辦法遮，因為床簾布不夠，有空隙，都覺得很沒隱私，泳池看起來也髒髒的，最妙的是廁所淋浴間，上頭有個燈必須靠感應，所以超過ㄧ個時間，就自己熄，很可怕，洗ㄧ半突然熄燈，雖然不算很暗是還看的到，但挺嚇人就是。唯一覺的服務人員態度不錯，也會打招呼，值得鼓勵。”

“Large room, quiet, very comfortable bed (mattress on the floor). Unfortunately it was let down by the bathroom, which got completely wet due to the open shower and the shiny floor tiles then got very slippery. Quiet pool and small garden area, pretty enough to be used by a wedding couple for their photos during our stay. Not much in the immediate area in terms of food options but we discovered Cafe Eden on the other side of the river, an easy walk for good food. ”

“Hatte das EZ gebucht, Zimmer um 1200 noch nicht fertig, ok, nicht schlimm. Bei Übernahme überhaupt nicht sauber, Toilettenpapier vom Vorgänger noch im Eimer, WC nicht sauber, Wasserlachen ums WC, Ablage neben Bett klebrig, einziger Stuhl verstaubt. Nach Reklamation und nochmaliger Putzerei die Wassergläser dann auch nicht sauber. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es gibt keine Haken, auch nicht für die Handtücher, man kann rein gar nichts aufhängen, für den Preis ein No Go! Zu Beginn……
