Incredible stay in a true oasis

Loved our stay here so much. The host, Jean-Claude, and the lovely Leo were so friendly and accommodating. The beach is secluded enough to feel as though you’re on your own private island. Easy to get to St. Anne and main grocery store is a 4 minute drive. We will absolutely be back.

Prime location, amazing accommodation, exceeded expectations!

My family of four and our friends, also family of four stayed at this beautiful house. Pictures on the vrbo were magnificent but the reality was even better. Amazing!!! Beautiful, specious, clean house. We enjoyed our stay. Our dreams came true. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place! Amazing! Your private beach with white sand and snorkeling ready was amazing! Our best vacation ever!!! We love Guadeloupe!

Snorkel out your front door!

What a location! The house itself is fine, the layout worked really well for our group which consisted of my wife and I, our two boys age 8 and 10 and my in-laws. The bedrooms were very dark which was great for sleeping! The AC units in the bedrooms worked extremely well too. The real magic of this place however is the front yard. It's a huge sandy area with palm trees and a mostly private beach. The snorkeling right at the house was the best we found on the island, we spent a ton of time in the water there! The house is an easy drive to St. Anne downtown where you can find restaurants, shopping and a nice public beach.

New Years day

TThe location of the house is best on the island. The house is clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the check-in, didn't get any information on how we would get the key before our arrival, and no one waited for us. I tried to call the owner and went immediately to voicemail, didn't get an answer for the app text. The neighbors had to call them on a different phone number. After this obstacle, we had a great experience. We had an issue with two toilets; one didn't work almost the whole week, and the other made a terrible noise that was disturbing at night, but we were in paradise, so who cared about those.

Séjour en famille, l’emplacement sur la plage est juste merveilleux.La maison est propre mais manque d’entretien, les chambres qui se trouvent en bas avec les SDB manque d’aération, ce qui dégrade fortement le mobilier. Dommage !Léo qui gère le logement a été très disponible et agréable Merci pour votre accueil !La mitoyenneté peut poser problème ! Les voisins sont discrets et très gentils donc pas de pb pour nous.

Paradisiaque !

Maison les pieds dans l’eau avec vue sur la petite plage privée . Magnifique !Parfait avec nos 2 petites filles .La maison est superbe et Léo qui vous accueille est adorable .Nous savions que la maison était mitoyenne et que nous aurions des voisins , et j’avais lu qu’ils étaient discrets . Or ils ne travaillaient pas lors de notre séjour et ont reçu enfants et famille et c’était très bruyant. Ils ont été tout sauf discrets , comme s’ils étaient seuls et que nous n’existions pas :)Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour , car le lieu est vraiment exceptionnel. Je conseille juste de louer lorsque les voisins travaillent si vous voulez être au calme .

Le paradis

Encore un magnifique séjour dans ce lieu magnifique qui nous laisse de merveilleux souvenirs . L’accueil de Léo est top ainsi que le repas d’accueil proposé. La villa est très confortable et très bien équipée , à deux minutes en voiture du centre ville de Saint Anne et toutes ses commodités.La petite plage privée est propre et secure. Tout y est pour passer de formidables vacances. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt .

Très agréable séjour avec nos enfants et petits enfants attendu avec impatience qui a répondu en tous points à nos attentes. Magnifique maison idéalement située, terrasse vue sur mer, sur la plage avec ses cocotiers, à quelques pas de la mer avec ses poissons, idéal snorkelling....Accueil très agréable de Léo qui a été de bons conseils, plat commandé apprécié de tous. Vu le standing de l'hébergement et ne pouvant les emporter par avion, les produits de base (tablette lave vaisselle, dosettes café, huile, sel, etc) pourrait être mis à disposition. Cependant ce voyage restera dans nos souvenirs : idyllique !! Merci

Très bon séjour Sainte Anne

Très belle maison créole avec une vue sublime sur une cocoteraie et une petite plage privée. Bonne organisation beaucoup de choses à disposition pour passer un bon séjour…Nous avions loué une voiture, élément indispensable pour faire les courses et les excursions. Un parking privé sécurisé par un portail électrique .

Spacieux, propre, chaleureux. Les voisins sont proches, mais tranquilles et absents la plupart du temps. Plage propre juste devant la propriété. Apportez l'essentiel pour faciliter votre séjour et passer moins de temps au supermarché (mouchoirs, papier aluminium, cellophane, ziploc, tupperware, savon à vaisselle, etc.) Demander le fameux poulet colombo à votre arrivée, succulent (14 Euro par personne, ça vaut vraiment le cout)

Family holiday

Lovely property in a great location with a sandy beach. Everything you need is provided, and was all explained to us on arrival. Would be difficult to find, the first time, in the dark. Luckily it was light when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Le site n’est pas vraiment approprié pour la pratique du kite, il y a beaucoup de rochers et pas assez d’eau. La maison est mitoyenne et on entend beaucoup les voisins. La cuisine est bien équipée et la maison était propre à notre arrivée. Il y a suffisamment d’espace pour un groupe de 6-8.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé 9 jours sur place et c'etait trop court :)! Tout etait parfait...L'accueil et la gentillesse de Leo, la décoration, la fonctionnalité (machine à café, machine à laver, condiments, etc) l'emplacement, la vue extraordinaire et j'en passe. Et le gros bonus pour notre sejour a été la plage privatisée que nous avions à quelques mètre de la villa et le fait de pouvoir se rendre à Sainte Anne à pied. Bref, je n-ai qu'une hâte, y retourner!!!!

Extraordinaire !

Une semaine au paradis ! La maison est extraordinaire nous n’avons rien à redire. Il y avait tout pour qu’on pour qu’on passe le plus beau des séjours. Toute équipée, un dîner à notre arrivée, les essentiels dans les placards et le frigo, une vue à couper le souffle, une superbe plage privée dont nous avons pu profiter pendant les siestes des bébés (merci le babyphone) et avec eux. Spot de kite tout prés et conditions exceptionnelles pendant la semaine, on en a bien profité ! Proximité de sainte Anne très pratique pour faire une course. Pour couronner le tout, Léo est adorable et très arrangeante. Nous allons sûrement revenir l’année prochaine !

Villa exceptionnelle

Villa très belle et très spacieuse. L'espace de vie au 1er étage est très bien aménagé et complètement ouvert sur une plage magnifique. Le voisinage avec qui nous partageons cette plage splendide est très discret. Nous avons l'impression d'être seul à profiter de ce lagon turquoise. Je recommande ce logement!

Relaxing among the palm trees

This house was perfect for us. It has a beautiful private beach where we swam sand snorkeled. The house had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. We felt we had the best location on Grand Terre.
