Villa Vittoria is perfect for a seaside vacation. It is located on the border of the Abruzzo and Marche regions just 7 km from Adriatic beaches, so you can do different activities every day.
It offers large spaces both inside and outside for relaxing with friends or relatives in the villa’s common rooms, by the pool and in the furnished garden areas.
The villa is a calm place for a relaxing stay.
At guests’ disposal: large fenced-in garden; private saltwater pool exclusively for guests (15 x 5 meters; minimum depth: 1 meter; maximum depth: 1,80 meters); 8-person hot tub in the pool; outdoor dining area; wood burning oven and large stone barbecue; stereo system that reaches the entire pool area; 4 bedrooms; near the sea; Wifi internet; parking

First floor (also accessible from outside): kitchen with dining area with fireplace and access to a loft with lounge; 2 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower; double bedroom; bathroom with shower; bedroom with double sofa bed and a double bed in the loft. These last two bedrooms have access to a scenic common terrace.
