"I loved everything about the place! It was awesome and we’ll be back! I stayed two different times last week. The only thing that was strange was the $15. meal voucher nobody knew anything about. I ate in the restaurant five times and nobody knew anything about it. The food was excellent and I’d eat there again, being a resort owner it was just strannge to me they didn’t know. "Beautiful location. Mata, the property manager and host for our visit was so helpful. She even came back after hours to let us back into our room when we lost our key to the room outside in the yard. We plan on going back again."

"Sadly, Sorel is too expensive for what it is. It's obvious it used to be amazing but it's in need of a maintenance team and general refreshing. The rooms are clean but old. The hotel is seriously understaffed (one poor waiter in the restaurant) and the front desk staff is hit or miss. There are lightbulbs out all around the property and everything needs a fresh coat of paint. The daily expeditions, scenery and location of the hotel are great and why I'm giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 3. We did the Canyonlands tour, UTV tour and horseback riding. All of the staff running those activities were fantastic and are working hard. We didn't receive any services from the spa and can't speak to that. "
