Relaxing stay with friends!

We relaxed and numerous walks around the area. The park and the Breakfast brunch restaurant nearby is a fav of ours. We also love The Judge’s grill is a favorite. The cabin was so clean inside and we enjoyed games, visiting and watching deer roam the property every day. Well equipped cabin in kitchen and baths! Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

A little slice of heaven

Our family enjoyed our stay so much! The cabin was fully and thoughtfully stocked . Everything was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Our girls loved the bunk room and toys/games and colorful light. Enjoyed watching a family of deer from the window almost daily. Location is excellent and a short walk to the beautiful little town of of Green Mountain Falls. Erin was an excellent host and we hope to visit again :)

Accommodation was a highlight

We stayed in this ultra cozy place and it turned out to be as much of a highlight as Pike's Peak or Garden of the Gods. Everything seems to have been thought of for our comfort. Remote control fireplace was an epic touch. The Mucky Duck and The Pantry, less than 100 yards away, were amazing off the path finds. The Mucky Duck brunch on Sundays is a must.

Wonderful Cottage

Moonrise Cottage was a wonderful end to our vacation in CO! We had been in Denver and the Colorado Springs area and finished up our time at the cottage. Erin has appointed the cottage with everything you could possibly need. We were pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and detailed guide book that included all the directions needed for use. It was a perfect place to escape the busy tourist areas for some quiet restful time, yet was close enough to easily access activities we wanted to do. We would highly recommend Moonrise Cottage!

I can't begin to explain how amazing our stay was at Moonrise Cottage. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The town was adorable with several great places to get breakfast or dinner in a pinch. The location was close to all the sites in the Springs area. Our son is at USAFA for a couple more years. The inside of the house was good, great kitchen! We only wished it had more appeal on the outside (yard, seating, etc). The street out front is busy and somewhat noisy. Eating at The Pantry was probably the highlight of our stay…….eating outside there was awesome! Would definitely recommend it!

Charming Little Cottage!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy home! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by all the thoughtful touches—everything from toys for the kids, extra chargers, a pack n play, and even a step stool for the little ones. The vanity area was an added bonus for a touch of luxury! The location couldn’t have been more perfect for us, right on the Main Street of this charming town, walkable to several local spots. It wasn’t far from other sites around Colorado Springs either. The communication with our host was fantastic, too—very responsive, helpful, and always friendly. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

We drove out from Texas for a long weekend getaway and this cabin was the perfect home base. It’s tucked away in a cute town between Manitou Springs and Woodland Park. It was the perfect size for our family of 5–not too big, not too small—and had everything we needed. We loved working a puzzle together and streaming movies in the living room. We walked across to the shops and restaurants. We ate at Cantina Verde, Blue Moose, and the Pantry and all were delicious. We visited Bones, Stones, and Wood just about every day to shop and visit the shop kitty. It was such a fantastic trip. I wish we didn’t have to go home!
