The cabin is old and creaky in a cool way- so much personality! Located between the Springs and Green Mountain Falls- lots to do in that area. Thank you for sharing your special place with us! Host communication was excellent!

The cabin is an amazing rustic feel cabin with all the modern amenities of home (dishwasher, stove fridge washer dryer - all new(er) appliances. Love the coffee nook and the central family gathering area in the middle of the second floor. Easy access to hiking right out the front door! Great place for a medium sized family.

Fantastic Getaway!

This place was absolutely amazing!! Best place we've ever booked online. Nestled in the woods/mountains, but still close to all the hiking, biking, activities, restaurants, etc we wanted to check out. Couldn't help but relax. Very comfortable, rustic feel. The hosts made it all easy. We will book again in a heartbeat when we make it back to CO. I will miss having my morning coffee on the back deck taking in the view. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Location with Colorado Feel

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozinook! The location was perfect-- only a 15-20 minute drive to most all places we planned to visit during our stay--however we still had that "mountain" Colorado feel we were looking for. The cabin had great character, and you can hear the creek running from the back patio area while drinking your morning coffee!! The kids loved the loft area, and all the outdoor spaces. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of fans available for the warmer afternoons. The Hosts were super quick to respond when we had questions. Check out requests/process from the hosts was the easiest I have ever encountered when renting a home--it was wonderful to not have much "extra" to do before leaving. Parking was limited, however it worked for us with only having one vehicle to park. There are also quite a few stairs; again, not a problem for our family to navigate but do keep this in mind if you are traveling with young kiddos or older adults who may struggle with stairs. We are excited to stay at Cozinook again when we visit the mountains next year. 10/10 would recommend!
