I cannot possibly say enough about our accommodations or the staff. Wow, the staff! We relocated for my new job and stayed for 10 days. Could not be happier this was the place my wife found and talked me into. If you do not stay here, you are missing out.

Very clean, nice rooms. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice breakfast! Wonderful location for my New Years Eve event and was able to walk to my venue. I will definately stay here again. Lumin8 restaurant on the 8th floor is delicious!!

Honestly couldn’t review The Element better. Our stay was 9 days, having just relocated to Colorado Springs. The staff? Phenomenally friendly and courteous and helpful. Incredibly welcoming. We stayed in the mini suite and I think I could simply live there.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is great, room and bed was comfortable. All of the staff were kind and professional. We didn't sleep well with all of the road noise - not the property's fault. They do provide you with ear plugs and a sound machine, but we needed to hear if our child woke up so we were unable to use them. Overall we would stay again if we didn't have a child with us, utilizing the sound machine and ear plugs for the late night and early morning road noise.

I love this hotel because of the location! We were attending a high school state tennis tournament, and it was very convenient to go to and from our hotel and the tennis courts. This is the second year we have stayed here because of its location, friendliness, and customer service.
