Step into a warm and welcoming home designed for comfort and practicality. This spacious four-bedroom house features two queen beds, one full bed, and two twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups of up to eight guests. With one and a half baths, everyone has space to get ready with ease—fresh towels and soaps are provided for your convenience.
The main living room is cozy and bright, styled in calming neutral tones. A soft light-gray sectional sofa and matching loveseat invite you to unwind, while the gray carpet and light-colored walls create an open, airy feel. The casual yet functional layout is centered around a 50-inch smart TV and includes dedicated workstations, perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure.
Just off the living room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
NO SMOKING inside.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
