The location is an easy fun couple of minute walk to Historic Old Colorado City and the Main Street which is filled with delicious restaurants, fun pubs, unique shops and live entertainment.

Old Colorado City is located near the southern edge of the Rocky Mountains, easily accessible by car as well as by air through both Colorado Springs Airport and Denver International Airport—this is where convenience and beauty unite.

Historic fully renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath house which has comfortable
Central Air Conditioner and Central Heat. The bedrooms have Doctor's Choice Queen Beds and comfortable bedding.

Very private Landscaped, completely fenced backyard and manicured front yard.

Great historic home in Old ColoCity

It was hard to leave this comfortable home and neighborhood. We spent hours sitting on the front porch enjoying the weather and the occasional deer that wandered by. It was a bonus to walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner supplied everything we needed, as well as recommendations for activities. We enjoyed being close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, Olympic Training Center, Glen Eyrie Castle, Royal Gorge. Excellent experience!

Beautiful home close to it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely, well-appointed house. The beds were super comfy and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and to the nearby park for our kiddo to play. We were also a quick drive from gorgeous hiking at the Garden of the Gods. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town!

Beautifully remodeled home

Although this is an older home it has been totally remodeled and is in terrific shape. It is a very clean home and has many nice touches. Christina was easy to work with and responded quickly when we had a problem with one of the toilets on a Sunday. The beds were very comfortable and having a secure Wi-Fi connection was very helpful. PERFECT HOME IN A PERFECT LOCATION

This home had everything our family needed for our Thanksgiving vacation.We found so many things to do without driving very far and downtown was only a few blocks away. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Christina was very quick to respond to any request we had. Old Colorado City is a great laid back place to spend a holiday and staying in this house made our time in Colorado even better!

Very comfortable

Need more blankets. It is wintertime in Colorado. Bedroom on main level had summer bedding only and no extra blankets in closet. Otherwise, home was very nice.

Great Place to stay!!

We stayed in Colorado City for 3 days. The house was in a great location and close to everything ( food, hiking, and shops). It was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend!!

Charming home in quiet neighborhood near quaint historic downtown

Wonderful home and very clean. We were on a girl cousins trip to visit our aunt for her 90th Birthday. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It was convenient to great restaurants and sightseeing. We especially liked the German Restaurant, Edelweiss, Garden of the Gods walking trail, and the beautiful early fall drive to Cripple creek. Highly recommend staying here. We truly enjoyed it.

Loved it!

We had a fabulous time at this rental in Old Colorado City! Communication was great. Christina was so helpful and even gave us ideas for restaurants and places to visit. The house itself was so cute and big enough for 5 large adults. We grilled on the Weber gas grill in the back yard, listened to music and enjoyed the beautiful Colorado evenings. There was a picnic table and chairs in the back. We were so happy to have a large dining room table and large area in the front room where we could all get together to visit. The rental was fully stocked with everything that you would need and more. We didn't have to keep running out to the store to pick up extras. The proximity to town with shopping, restaurants and bars was one of the best things about this rental. Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak are also just a few miles away and a must see when you visit Colorado Springs. Thank you, Christina, for renting us such a wonderful place for our mini family reunion. We hope to be back again sometime soon.

Great location, clean, comfortable, and nice extras

We enjoyed our short stay here. The house is convenient to I25 which is the easiest way to get around the Springs. Kitchen was well appointed including a Keurig which is a nice touch. The house was warm and inviting and had historic charm. Christina was communicative and accommodating. I would stay again.

Walking distance of restaurants and shopping

This home was lovely, very comfortable and has a beautiful back yard. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and being within walking distance of local shopping and dining spots. We have several tall family members, which made the sloped ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms a bit tight. We loved having two full bathrooms (one on each floor). and a first floor bedroom. Thank you for providing a beautifully renovated home!

Adorable home

We loved this home. It was perfect for all our needs. Close to the activities that we wanted to do. Many restaurants were just a short walk or a short drive away. It slept my husband and two teenage boys perfectly.

Peaceful and quiet.

I loved my stay in my little "doll house"! The house was filled with little things to make me feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that I needed to prepare a meal and then sit either outside in the back on the picnic table or on the beautiful front porch. Christine was always available to answer any questions. The location is great too! I highly recommend it! And so does my dog who was more than welcomed to be there!

Great place walking distance to downtown or old Colorado where there is great food breakfast to dinner and great great food not one bad meal we where very impressed grocery story is around the corner liquor same place or go to taverns downtown all pretty much 5 min walk. House is cute and beds are super comfy everything there as far as cooking and everything. Wonderful cozy house minutes away from everything!

This rental had everything we could possibly need and more. Christina has really thought of everything and definitely went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and our dog enjoyed roaming the backyard. The kitchen is so well stocked and we even took advantage of the grill during our stay. There were games, DVDs, softballs, mitts, takeout menus, information pamphlets about the local attractions and even extra doggie bags available for us. Our girls especially loved playing battleship! The house was literally within 15 minutes of most everything we did, right around the corner from a park and a short walk to downtoan! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this rental to friends in the future! Thank you!
