Modern and spacious

Beautiful place, family loved the hot tub, pool table, deck area and modern feel. All the key amenities were supplied, and kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Very nice neighborhood, reasonable proximity to restaurants. About 1/2 hour to all the typical tourist sites such as Pikes Peak, Incline, GoG, etc.

Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our recent trip to Colorado Springs for a tennis tournament. The house was well-appointed, clean and spacious with an amazing kitchen. The beautiful deck has sweeping views of Pike’s Peak, but unfortunately is also located up the hill from a very busy and noisy street. Happily, you can’t hear any road noise in the house. A mistake was made with our checkout date, but the issue was quickly addressed and resolved by the host/property manager. Our team would definitely book this house again for our next trip back.

Great place to call home in the Springs

Very nice home. Well taken care of and wonderfully furnished. Beds were all super comfortable which was a huge plus as they are not usually great in rental homes. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The place is very clean and the location was excellent. You feel very secure. We never could get the hot tub to work. It was stuck on 82 so if your planning to use the hot tub you might make sure it works before you get there. The hot tub would have been fun because it is very secluded.

Great place for a family trip

This property worked very well for a three generation family of six. All necessities and very plentiful kitchenware/dishes were provided. Open Living room /kitchen made a good gathering place, and it was really nice to have the hot tub and game room in the evenings. Everything was clean and functional. Garage access was a winter bonus. Communications were very prompt and helpful. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great place

Perfect area and great view of Pikes Peak. Very clean and you feel right at home when you walk in. Plenty of space to relax, hot tub and a beautiful deck. Maybe for some the traffic noise outside would be a bit much but I wasn’t there for a mountain retreat. So that is a far stretch for the one thing that was “wrong” with the place. Definitely have this placed saved if I decide to spend more time in CS.

Great place, but a bit noisy

The house is gorgeous and lots of room for a big group. Our door code didn’t work when we arrived and it took about 20 minutes on the phone to solve it, but the manager was quick to answer and helpful. The view of the mountains was great, but what isn’t in the pictures is the very noisy and busy street that runs alongside the house which at times made it a bit less relaxing sitting on the deck. The keurig was broken, but a new one was delivered the same day we reported it. And the beds were very firm which is not for me. Overall it was a good stay with a few minor issues.
