USAFA Graduation stay

We had a great time at this property - there were 14 of us from three families and never felt crowded. The owners lhave some games and a pool/air hockey table that got a lot of use. The property is in a neighborhood and close to a lot of places for food and shopping. Hosts were real easy to work with.

Excellent house for large groups!

Stayed here for a week to surprise my brother for his 40th birthday. Plenty of towels, tp and starter supplies for the rental. House was very clean. Host was gracious in accommodating our request to have a gathering at the house for the surprise birthday party. Checkout process was seamless. Only drawbacks: no master bedroom on main floor (if you’re traveling with guests who have difficulty with stairs), and the wifi wasn’t completely reliable. Other than that, everything was more than great! Would definitely rent here again!

Great house with plenty of space for our entire crew. Negatives: Some of the dishes were dirty; the King room mattress is probably due to be changed out - it dips in the middle; no instructions on how to use the fireplaces. 3 stars for cleanliness because several dishes were still dirty, the pool table and high top table are wobbly. Positives: Everything else! The space, the views, the location, the communication with the property manager, check in and check out processes, kitchen is great, kids loved the pool/air hockey table, Master bedroom en suite is AWESOME! Would definitely stay here again when family comes to town. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other

Beautiful property in Colorado Springs if you are looking in the area. Plenty of space for large groups with separate living areas to not make you feel like you are on top of one another during your visit. Beautiful home that offers lots of space and privacy for guests. Located close to everything you need. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and a great backyard for the kiddos. The host was so friendly and communicative - I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in CO Springs.
