The house itself has an enchanting allure, with its charming architectural elements set against a majestic mountain backdrop. Step inside to discover a stunning great room featuring vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and large windows that seamlessly blend the interior with the beauty of the outdoors. Relax on the plush seating, or venture outdoors to gather around the inviting fire pit.



The open concept layout harmoniously connects the great room to the dining area and kitchen, with a cozy loft space overlooking the scene below. Exposed beams, rustic décor, and wide plank wood floors lend a warm, welcoming atmosphere to the space.



Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, equipped with professional-grade appliances, ample workspace, custom cabinetry, and two sinks. A large kitchen island topped with granite offers bar seating for four, providing an ideal spot for casual dining or socializing.



Accommodations include a main floor master bedroom and guest bedroom, with three additional rooms and a loft on the upper level. The lower level offers two more bedrooms, a whimsical Harry Potter Room, and a movie theater and bar for your entertainment.



For remote workers and guests needing connectivity, the home is equipped with upgraded Starlink high-speed broadband internet service. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a fully equipped gym, and a medical-grade infrared sauna. After a long day of exploring, unwind in the secluded 10-person hot tub, perfectly situated for gazing upon the majesty of Pike's Peak.



Guest Access:

Guests will have an access to the lakes (fishing and water activities)

Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and safety guidelines. Failure to sign may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Deposit may be required

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights at 9,200 feet above sea level will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, keeps airflow moving.



*4-Wheel Drive is required in the winter months

*Care taker is always going to be on the property to maintain off grid status and introduce you to the house rules

*No Weddings or Big events unless prior authorization

*High Altitude alert 9200 feet over the sea level (people with health conditions must be cautious)

*There is no cell phone connection near or on the property!

*Only wifi calling is available upon connection to the internet in the house

*Walkie talks can be useful

*We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
