Great place and owners!
We loved our stay in Colorado Springs as well as the property! Everything was clean and just shown in the pictures. Steve was wonderful and easy to get ahold of, as he lives next door. He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!

Beautiful Christmas 🎄 Vacation!

Great views and better hosts, if in the area a fantastic place.
My wife and I were visiting Colorado Springs for a friend's wedding and when we found this place, we found a diamond in the rough, or in our case on a hill. We were doing mostly day trips so the 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a jacuzzi tub was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and there were enough places to go nearby for food. Steven and Ann were fabulous hosts, making sure everything was ready and very responsive with communication, setting expectations along the way. If we are back in the area, we are definitely going back. You will enjoy the stay.

Very nice stay
Just as many of the other reviews stated, Steve is awesome. Super friendly and most willing to help guide in anyway. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend to others who are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay in the Colorado Springs area. This home is close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, etc. If you stay here we would highly recommend eating at the View House. We had great service and enjoyed a wonderful meal and live music!

Lovely place to stay! Beautiful property!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was exactly what we needed, updated, and very clean. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed walking out our back door to a view. Our children loved seeing the deer right out our back door. Steve was very helpful and kind.100% recommend!

Property was clean and comfortable. Beautiful outside space. Can hear neighbors upstairs in the morning and evening but if you're out early and in late it's a non-issue. Just one heads up - the shower is a bit small. All in all, it was a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Would stay again

Beautiful Site
Surrounded by trees, the area provided a place for deer watching, fires, and hot tubbing. We also had good conversations with the owners as they were right next door.

Perfect Stay for a Birthday
We had a wonderful time staying here for our little guys first birthday. The house is in the perfect location and very relaxing. Ann and Steve were so accommodating and kind, they really made our stay wonderful. Wed definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacay Stay
Anne and Steve were excellent hosts with a beautiful property. My boyfriend and I stayed an entire week and felt at home the whole time. There were so many amenities, and the communication with our hosts was kind and timely.

Secret peaceful hideaway!

Very nice spot
We loved it here. My wife, son and I visited for a long weekend and found the place comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and fire pit and the location to plenty of good activity, restaurants and more. Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home
This walkout basement apartment was beautiful and comfortable inside and out. Everything was in good repair and spotless. ( I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with white paper towels, and it was CLEAN!) We really enjoyed coming back through the quiet residential neighborhood, and having a lit concrete paved sidewalk to reach our private door from our generously sized off-street parking spot. About the only thing I would warn about is the size of the bathroom. The space between the toilet and the shower door and the size of the shower stall were useable, but a tad cramped if you are used to having more than the minimum space. This might make it difficult for guests who need assistance or who have mobility issues. It was fine for us if a bit awkward ... but hey, at the end of the day the shower was hot and the toilet flushed, so it's all good. :) Our host, Steve, stopped by to greet us and to make sure we knew how to use the fire pit and the fancy Advantium Microwave/Halogen oven. Before we arrived, he answered all questions promptly via the VRBO messaging feature, but also shared his mobile number and contact information for three other local contacts as back up if we had a need. His recommendations for local dining and activities were spot on. Since this apartment is in a residential neighborhood, it felt very much like home. We were able to sit outside for coffee in the morning and go for a short walk in the evening and it was very quiet. We saw deer every night we walked! For all this, everywhere we wanted to go was withing a 30 min drive. Fabulous rental experience, fabulous location!

Comfortable home with so many amenities
The check in process was easy and the owner was very helpful in showing us all of the amenities. It was great to have a stocked kitchen to cook in as well as a back patio to be able to hang out outside. The home was within a 15-30 min drive to most of the places we visited. Overall, it was worth the money to have a second home for the week and we would definitely come back!

Perfect Stay
This VRBO was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The location is central to all the places we explored. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing to relax in after long days of taking in all the sites. The backyard led up to a small forest and deer would come foraging right by us in the mornings and evenings. It was incredibly peaceful. Steve was amazing and it was great chatting with him often.

Highly recommend
It was the perfect place for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable. The owner lived next door and came over to help us with the hot tub. We were close to pikes peak and the zoo. Also close to shopping and plenty of places to eat. Also, it had a great little kitchen, as we cooked a lot of our meals. The owners were amazing and helped with anything we asked. I would highly recommend this place to stay for a relaxing trip.

Great place for home away from home in COS. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodations with excellent amenities and views of wildlife. Private patio area with hot tub, gas fire pit, and seating is a great spot to relax outdoors. Steve (owner) is very helpful and responsive. We’ll be back!

Family vacation in Colorado Springs
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in CS! This vrbo is in a nice neighborhood and location. Steve's lower level apartment is fully stocked with everything you will need. We appreciated the coolers for guest use. The hot tub was a nice perk! Our family loved all the mule deer roaming the neighborhood. Cheap entertainment! :)

Great place!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was very helpful and great with communication. The hot tub was lovely, the beds were comfy, but out favorite part was the neighborhood deer. We saw deer in the neighborhood every single day, and a couple of times the deer were just outside the door. We had a great time!

Great house, great location
The house was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and the host was very friendly. We found the kitchen a little hard to cook in and didn’t realize that we needed to provide our own charcoal until to late. The hot tub was amazing!

This home is a beautiful place to stay both inside and outside.
Steve is an amazing host. He wants to make sure you have everything you need and takes great pride in his property. We had everything we needed to cook meals and relax for the week. The pictures are exactly as the rental is in person. This apartment is close to so many attractions, hiking areas and anywhere you walk or drive in the neighborhood is a beautiful view of the mountains. It is a very safe location. The rental is very clean, well maintained and a very relaxing place to stay. We stayed there with our two teenagers. We enjoyed seeing the many deer, soaking in the hot tub, grilling, and watching movies. The location is within a twenty to thirty minute drive to many tourist attractions like Garden of the Gods, Manitou springs, old Colorado Springs, tons of hiking trails, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak, and more. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Colorado Springs.

Great little get away
Location is away from action, which was perfect for our trip. The hot tub was wonderful, especially while it was snowing! We were able to make a few meals and the only thing we had to purchase were a few seasonings. The owners are truly wonderful. Location is close to all activities. House was very clean and beds were comfortable.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! Steve left the lights on for us as our travel plans were delayed and we didn’t get in until 3:30 a.m. We loved the place and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub!
