Super Cool Monument Home with Pikes Peak view

Renting our entire walkout basement, this has a private entrance from the back route. This has a huge living area, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Have a patio with a mountain view along with the outdoor swing with a good mountain view. We live upstairs on the main floor and won't be using any of the bedrooms or bathrooms downstairs. Guests will have complete privacy. When you arrive we will have the key ready for you to enter from the patio door. We make sure we give you a clean house so you can enjoy your stay. As we share the place we expect the guest, not to Party or play loud music as we have a tea cup-poodle staying with us and keep the place clean. Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. We will provide you with breakfast [cereals and milk] along with coffee and tea. You can park on the roadside near our front entrance. We can help you guide thru if needed upon arrival as we stay on the main level. We are ok to have guests bring their pets [Only Dogs] please limit pets to 2 with $50 [non-refundable fee]. You will be responsible for any damages and cleaning pet waste. We also have a floor mattress for 5th person to sleep.
