「First, there are no laundry facilities. I specifically chose this place because the first sentence states it has Laundry facilities. Second, there seems to be someone with a long term stay there. I was told to not mind how that person's vehicle was parked... even though it was literally parked just outside my door. As a female traveling solo, this made me a bit uneasy. Then i was not able to unlock the door. It seemed like the deadbolt was locked. Back to the desk, I was told I'm using it wrong...

「Waited over 2 hrs to get in our room. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. 2 lights in room didn't even work.NO blankets on bed. Only sheets and a very thin bed spread. No cups. Only 3 pillows for the 2 beds.NO hair dryer. No bath mat. No wash clothes. TV didn't work. No clock. Front desk gal was no help. She was on the phone for over 3hr that we saw. Breakfast was joke. no selection. Needed ice you have to go across the parking lot to the other hotel. Same person in the morning mans both...

「I stayed in a suite. It did not have a couch as advertised and when I told the staff they assured me over and over there was even after I checked. The toilet would not flush and the A/C did not work. I asked to move because of the heat and they said no. I asked for more towels and they gave me two. I stated I needed more and they said no. It was a horrible experience.」
