"Wrong size bed . Paid for king got a full. Never knew if there was gonna be hot water. Sheets were dirty. Burn holes in the comforter. And then had a hard time getting our 100 bucks back for deposit."

"The property is run down and not as clean as it should be. The atrium with all the live plants is still nice, but the rest of the place needs a major facelift. The best feature of the Academy, its made to order omelette station, now costs an additional $6.99. Someone needs to invest in the place ..."
