「⚠️ WARNING – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ⚠️
We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up.
Because of the condition of the property, we decided to leave the very next morning around 9 AM.
Afterward, the owner tried to charge us for damages that, from our experience, were already...

「The floors sagged horribly in the center of house from settling. Nearly 1" step (no thresholds) from exterior rooms to the center because they put a thick tile floor in to mask the unlevel floors. Toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Bathroom sink flopped all around because a broken nut. All coffee mugs has coffee stains we had to clean. Fridge refused to keep cool, even when on max setting. Dryer had 3 s curves in the exhaust hose that prevented dryer from exhausting properly, on top of...

「The property itself was beautiful on the interior. We had a lot of problems with the front gate and getting people inside the gated community. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RECEPTION FOR CELL PHONES AT ALL SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANYBODY STUCK AT THE FRONT GATE. WE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW PEOPLE WERE STUCK THERE UNTIL THEY WERE BACK ON THE HIGHWAY WHERE YOU COULD GET RECEPTION. WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF SIX CARS ALLOWED FOR THE PROPERTY. The check-in process with the front...

「Cabin was clean and well cute, the hot tub was amazing, the kitchen was small but has everything you need including spices/oil (my boyfriend was able to cook shrimp scampi easily) and host was very communicative. The only downside I can think of was the furniture in the living room only comfortably seats 2, as the couch is parallel to the TV. Great space though!」
