“Property was as advertised. It is a couple of minutes from Beaver Creek Marina and a couple minutes away from the general store. We had plenty of room for two guys. Our time was there devoted to fishing most of the time. Property had plenty of room for our truck and boat. Grill was not good, but we did grill on it. Nice fire pit with plenty of firewood. Porch was as big as the room inside. It rained a lot and we hung out on the porch when we were not on the lake. Owner and host were very……

“Very well maintained grounds and the cabin was comfortable. Peace and quiet for the most part as can be expected on a farm. The hosts were attentive and provided everything you could ask for. As the title entails, 2 dozen duck were always around but, not a nuisance. Watching large catfish, bass, bluegill and turtles in the pond was nice.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, if you away from the hustle of the city, this is the place to go. A family of groundhogs are living close to the house, we watched them each morning while sitting on the porch. Also, a turkey is staying close to the cabin, we saw her multiple times. Would stay here again”

“Great cabin! Quiet and very Beautiful. Lovely decor and well stocked. Really enjoyed the firepit outdoors. The hot tub could have been a little cleaner and heat up more. The indoor fireplace was not in working condition so that was disappointing. Wish the back deck was covered, would have enjoyed grilling there instead of on the front porch. Also we could have got a little more use of the hot tub since it rained a few days. Overall we enjoyed our short getaway! Thanks so much!”

“Absolutely loved staying here. My husband and I stayed here with our two children and dog. We told the host we were celebrating a birthday and when we arrived there was a birthday balloon and freshly baked cookies. The host was very friendly and it felt like we were staying with family. Brian was so kind to our children. They set up the volleyball and soccer nets and had everything we needed for outdoor fun. Also gave us tips for local places to shop, eat, and have fun. “The house was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable for a cold weekend. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was so well stocked for the cooking we did. The beds were very comfortable. The view was gorgeous. There was snow on the ground and to look out and see the view was gorgeous. We did the western half Bourbon Trail and it was convenient to the distilleries we visited. I highly recommend this house and we plan to stay here again when we come back. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Really well furnished, enjoyed Alexa and television. Suitable spot for day trips, east and west; this is a very large lake. There are actually more amenities to this property than I recall seeing in the description. Plenty of room for parking a boat and two vehicles. Excellent interaction with the owner, who is exceptionally responsive. Overall, five star. I would go back in a heartbeat.”

“The driveway and the house was really nice ! Had enough room to turn your boat around . The area was very quiet and relaxing . The home was decorated nicely . The walk way going in the back of the house did have some loose boards on path . We enjoyed our stay . Wish there were more restaurants in the area of the town but we made do . Our next trip back will be when the marina is in season though . Cause when we were there everything was closed , but we did enjoy putting our fishing boat in the……

“Eight brothers did several distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. This was the perfect place for eight men ages 50 to 77. It was secluded, quiet, with beautiful starry nights and plenty of room. We all had our own beds, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Two refrigerators accommodated all that beer we had to keep cold. The Weber gas grill did a fine job with our steaks one evening. The only real drawback was that the property advertised Wi-Fi, which it does not have, and……

“Just what we needed for a comfortable family weekend getaway. Property was clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space and activities for the whole family. Our for babies loved The fenced in backyard and we all LOVED the Man Cave! One note, we did not realize when we booked that the travel to food and other amenities were so far from house. Distance on the map app made it seem restaurants/stores were closer than they are to actually travel to one. However, we had all we need and kitchen……
