Only downside was the pillows compressing to nothing when you lay on them. Some people may enjoy that, but personally I like to have a little thicker pillow. Great hotel. "

"Arrived, check in was smooth. Got to the room, the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. Went back to front desk, receptionist was very polite. They wanted to upgrade my room. But, I already had the best room (suite), got a new suite, no problem. Room was clean, except a stench. Upon entering the bedroom section. "
