“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“It’s a beautiful hotel. As far as amenities ; three’s a kitchenette but no dishes, pots and pan or utensils. It would be helpful if the guests knew that before booking. Also, it was listed that breakfast was included, There is no breakfast included. The service staff does an amazing job cleaning Ava sanitizing the rooms, they are very helpful and courteous. I must say the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked sufficiently and kept Clean. I would definitely stay at My Place when I……

“The staff are very responsive to our needs. After we un-packed and sat down to watch TV, the TV didn't work. A service worker came right away and determined the problem was with the TV itself. We were switched to a better room across the hall, the service worker got us a luggage cart, and offered to move our stuff. We declined his offer as we were capable of doing it smother ourselves. What didn't I like? Both rooms (and the room we had at this very hotel the precious week) don't have gnarled/……

“Room was clean and big just didnt like how the carpet was dirty+had a weird smell so definitely wear shoes/flip flops. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking was fine. Breakfast was good and fresh,there was a guest that was using the same tongs to get breakfast and the employee quickly corrected him and educated him about cross contamination which was cool to see.”

“The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were very nice. The front desk staff always greeted up with a smile and Stevi and Stephanie were so helpful and gave recommendations on things to do in the local area. We had a great visit!”
