「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「The room was much bigger than expected. The system was down when we went to check in and the young girls working handled it so well. They were writing down everything and making it work. I was impressed. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great!」
