The room was clean and quiet.

I was very pleased with my stay at Budget Inn Jefferson City, MO. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. The people that are running the place are friendly, and efficient. I had to get back to my home or I would have stayed another day.

Clean and comfy

Front desk clerk was a very nice young man. The hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. The only complaint I have is, I didn't have a blanket. This was a last minute stay, because the Travelodge Hotel’s room was dirty.

Very basic set up, nothing special. The setup for the tv was hard to get going and remote didn't work. The satellite range couldn't pick up due to the weather.

Bates Motel

The motel had people that lived there and it stinked really bad. The shower was best thing the they had in that bates motel . Need to rent rooms to anyone until update are made.

It was the only place available in town in the Expedia app on short notice with a queen bed. But when we got to the room it was a full size not a queen. The name says Budget so it is not a Hilton Garden Inn by any means.

This was the worst motel I have stayed at. After killing two bed bugs around 2:00 AM, I went out to the car and slept in it. Under no condition stay at this place.

This was dump! Don't stay here ever! Went to brush my teeth and the water backed up in the sink and 3/8" hair started to float out! 😝 Also, the flooring was curled up so my shoes kept catching on it. I would have went somewhere else but it was so late when i got there and I was so tired I didnt care. But seriously stay away from this place.

I liked that it was one level, no stairs to climb. Rent room for older gentleman for one night. The room was very small and dirty, was given 2 very small towels and one wash rag, TV didn't have a remote to turn TV on, had to turned it on manually, which he didn't know how to do. Had a dish remote which didn't work. The TV screen had white lines going through it the whole time watching it. Toilet overflowed on him; he only urinated in it. Won't stay there ever again.

Arrived at the hotel on Friday afternoon at 1 pm to check in and they informed me that they had no room available for me despite me having made reservations 2 weeks prior.This is absolutely unacceptable.At no point was I contacted by the hotel or hotels.com.Absolutely horrible.

Nobody was at front desk. I waited almost an hour in the parking lot for someone to check in. The room had a stench about it. The floor was coming up. The toilet paper holder was broken. The paint on the wall was faded and peeling. I’ve traveled for over 30 years and this is one of the biggest dumps I’ve ever stayed in.

Clean, quiet room, directly off the freeway, yet I could not hear sound from the freeway. Additionally, I did not hear sound from the occupied rooms on either side. The property is old, but the owners have clearly been upgrading and repairing. There are some issues remaining, such as curtains that need to be replaced and wall repairs that need paint. But it is appropriately named: Budget Inn

There were large amounts of yelling and screaming around the property. There were small bugs on the bathroom floor. The safety lock on the entry door had been ripped from the wall. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Had there been any other option in town we would have left.
