This two bedroom, two bath loft apartment has all of the amenities you will need. The loft is designed with the highest quality and features impeccable high end furnishings. The living room is great for hosting or relaxing after a long day on comfortable leather couches and the fireplace creates a stunning ambiance. Great Location to The District

We are native Columbians who have moved away but come back with our family every year. This location is close to the downtown area and most of our favorite restaurants. Very nice, newer 2 bedroom unit on the top floor with views of COMO. Easy walking distance to downtown. Walkable or short drive to campus and the stadium. Would definitely recommend!

Luxurious indeed!

My wife and I stayed at this condo downtown Columbia. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a perfect location to walk to downtown eateries (shout out to Ernie's Cafe, Gumby's Pizza, and Sparky's). Easy in and out parking at the parking garage with a card swipe at the gate. We would definitely return to this location if in the downtown area again!
