First they want to charge extra to check in 13 minutes early. Second the girl at the desk with hateful. We requested this motel specifically because they had an indoor pool when we got there it was closed. And the girl at the desk act like she could care less then went to the room and the key cards didn't work and we had to go back every two or three times and have it rekey. The breakfast everything was either Frozen or cold. But the coffee was good.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and professional. The rooms could use a bit of an update but everything worked and rooms were clean and comfortable. Well worth the price difference from the surrounding area hotels, would recommend if your looking for a comfortable, clean place to rest your head after along drive.

The first room we got the television wouldn't work at all. The second room, the television did work. But the remote wouldn't work. The furnace and air conditioner made so much noise. They couldn't even run them. The breakfast was terrible. Everything was lukewarm, even the trash can lid wouldn't lift up. Quality Inn we'll never get any more my money. Air were stains on the bed cover.

Staff was very nice. Room seemed clean enough. I do have issue with advertising a pool and hot tub when it's obviously been empty for "maintenance" for a good long while. They really should update their listing until it's actually working.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and almost nonexistent. Also, we had to ask for help to get the television to turn on in our room three different times because their television system is none I’ve ever seen before. A young person would probably be fine with it, but we are older and technology is not always our friend.
