This enjoyable house in Columbia boasts 4 cozy bedrooms - 2 with queen beds on the main level and a queen bed and 1 with two twin beds downstairs. With 2 bathrooms featuring showers, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up. Stay connected with WiFi, comfortable with heating and AC, and pack light knowing there's a washing machine available. The 3 seasons sunroom gives you a beautiful enclosed space to look out over the fenced in yard and creek running through. There are multiple MKT trail access points within a mile of the house. Very nice house-very clean and modern. Did have an issue with the electronic. Door lock not working and they responded quickly. The only criticism would be that given we are paying a cleaning fee, to require that the beds be stripped and the trash taken out by the 10 am checkout seemed excessive.
