This is a very nice place with great value because of traffic. If you don't mind the noise stay here. The guests have a sense of humor - ear plugs provided!

Functional unit at a good price

Functional unit at a good price but the road noise mentioned in the description is real in the living room, shower is very low flow rate and parking on the driveway is a challenge to get in/out

Its not a quiet place to stay

The property its self is lovely. Its a very old building but they made it look very pink and vibrant. My problem with my stay was that the traffic is so loud outside you cant sleep. One of the nights I counted 14 emergency vehicles passing by in the middle of the night. Its really nice that they provide ear plugs and a sound machine for you to sleep. However, it wasnt enough. Another problem I ran into was I needed to leave for work at 8:40AM and so did eveyone else in the area. They do let you know you can only back out into oncoming traffic to leave the parking spot. Some days it would take more than 10 minutes to back out into the busy street. There were also a lot of homeless in the area. I did not encounter any problems.

Word of caution

Over all the place was nice. HOWEVER, no female should stay alone. Parking was not safe to back out onto a very busy street. Called about an issue with refrigerator and was told they would try to get someone there, but not until the next day.

Close to hospital,

Great experience from start to finish with rental process. Unit vety clean and comfortable.
