“We decided on a last minute family trip to Yosemite and this location fit the bill - perfect to accommodate the extended family and with high speed internet for those of us who could not manage days off of work. The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The views from the interior and exterior are stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. This is not a property to pass up if you have a chance to stay here. I am certain we will book again!”

“We had a great time the travel time was short and the location and property was the best. We loved the space in the home from the kitchen to the dining room we played games and cooked together! The rooms were prefect, the master bedroom was super huge Also having 3 bathrooms was perfect. The heated floors were wonderful with the rainy weather! We had a lovely time it was sad about the hot tub not being there but The owner made up for it! I would i love to rent this place in the summer time!……

“This tiny home was absolutely wonderful! My girlfriend and I came here for our engagement weekend and we loved every moment. It’s secluded out in the woods with a fire pit and a hot tub which made our stay so relaxing and romantic. The owners were wonderful and very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend!”

“We chose to take a much needed break and started to scroll through all the properties from various sites. When we see this one it was immediately clear we found “The One”. When we arrived we were both impressed that it was exactly like it was represented in the photos. The cabin was clean and very cozy, the kittens well stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Our favorite parts were the hot tub and the entertainment room that was so comfortable. The game room was an absolute hit and the kids hardly wanted to leave. The layout worked really well to gather but also have quiet time if needed. Kathy was super helpful and responsive. “We wanted a quick getaway with my visiting family members. To accommodate our needs, we looked for a place that is mostly one-level and with minimal carpeting (to avoid allergy issues). 'Hiker's Escape' met all our requirements perfectly. The cabin never felt crowded even when all 7 humans and 1 dog were in the main area. As stated in the description, it's conveniently situated to many hiking trails. The closest grocery store, Mar-Val, is well stocked despite its small size. Just be aware that……

“My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore.”

The rental was very clean and offered lots of entertainment (games, puzzles, hot tub, lake and snow equipment). “We had such a great time here! The location tends to be below the snow line, but getting to snow is a quick drive away. This location is surrounded by wineries and nature, and is very close to downtown Murphys with its cute shops. We loved the house itself too. Very spacious for three people with comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. Staying here was such a great experience!”

When our group left some items behind after our stay, the owner quickly found the items and shipped them back to us within 5 days. Would highly recommend this property!”
