“Our armored combat team stayed at this location when we were performing at Central Missouri Ren Fair. We arrived and all the lights and radio were on for us to greet us. It was a bit alarming because those who arrived first were worried that they had entered a space that was being occupied. The beds were more firm than some of our people liked, but I personally enjoy a firmer mattress. After the fair, we slugged back to the Rollins Inn and enjoyed using the kitchen to cook dinner for all of us.……

“The property was perfect for our trip. It was clean and had a great view of the lake! The roads were in excellent condition which was nice. We will be back next year!”

“Stayed for two nights. The house is great for a group of adults or families with kids. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Very clean! Cassie was super sweet and even gave recommendations on fun places to check out. Will definitely book this property again if available.”

“I travel to Jeff City weekly for work and this little gem was within walking distance. The house is quite old, as are all in the neighborhood, but the interior is nice. Can't say much for the neighborhood. Very few maintain their yards and there are empty or broken alcohol bottles all over. However, it's quiet during the business week so no complaints there. I can't very well blame the owners for the neighborhood, just providing some details. They've been very responsive to all of my questions……

“This is a great house, especially with a large group! Nice big, super comfy beds, two full bathrooms for all of us girls to get ready, great main floor layout to hang out, very close to downtown and walkable to Loose Caboose. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the interior. New-looking kitchen, comfortable living room. Bathroom was very clean. Only disappointment was the lack of TV stations available. No local news nor CMA awards night etc. Mostly old Rockford Files, and similar. It's VERY close to the casino if thats your jam. We absolutely loved that it is only 15 min. from Warm Springs Ranch (reservations required). ”

The kitchen was spacious which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals after our daily adventures. We also loved fishing off the large, private dock. “Our family went to Hermann to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The house was great! We were able to each have a room (ceiling fans greatly appreciated!) and with multiple bathrooms, it made it easy for everyone to get ready! The dining room table was wonderful for playing cards during the rainy weather. It’s a quaint older home with nice updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thanks for a great weekend!”
