「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was my first time in Myrtle Beach; the location of this condo couldn't have been better. the relationship between the condo and Hilton was a big plus. The interaction with the hotel staff was on brand and what one would come to...

「Exceptional stay! We had an amazing large family trip. Condo is HUGE with lots of space for a big group and also wonderful large open main areas for gathering together. The beach is steps away, the pool and hot tub were perfect and the place was sparkling clean. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for helping to give are family a memorable week together 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place. The villa was very nice. They only fault I saw was the parking. The spaces are very hard to get out of without having to make several back ups and forwards just to get out of the parking spaces. Otherwise the stay was fabulous. We found the home to have everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to stay.Sincerely,Brenda Frazier」

「18C Richmond Park is fabulous! Clean, spacious, and the walk to the beach was nice and took about 8 minutes. It is a nice little get-a-way but close to the pool and beach! We enjoyed our stay and will plan to come back and stay!」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. 「2nd time staying here. It’s our favorite in N Myrtle Beach!」

「Great spot. Not right on beach but close enough. You can still have a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck! Perfect place for the start of our vacation.」

「Our trip to north Myrtle beach was amazing because of Lori’s beautiful place. The view of the beach across the road was perfect for my elderly parents. We loved having an elevator for ease of access. When we checked in the place was immaculate, perfectly clean floors (something honestly that seems impossible to do right by the beach!)The home smelled so good, and the decorations were beautiful. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony. The area seems nice, and we were felt so safe here....

「The unit was exactly as advertised. A very well equipped kitchen. It is right next to the pool, like 30 feet but you don't hear any noise from the pool. It's a very short walk to the beach, maybe less than 10 minutes if you walk at a slow pace. Great location as barefoot landing is a less than 10 minute drive. Supermarket and restaurants a 7 minute drive.」

「The unit we were in was lovely. Comfortable. You could tell effort had been made to make guests were comfortable. My only problem was lack of communication with the check in and check out process. Hope we got it all right. We sure had a great time.」

「We had a wonderful time as usual. Love the new golf carts that help you get to the dock and the drivers who are so helpful. We will be back again.」

「I have stayed at this place for several years in a row when we go to North Myrtle Beach. It is always very clean and never have any problems. Very nice host!!! Really close to the private pool. Shops and restaurants all nearby. I plan on staying next year also. Great place, you will not regret renting this location!!! Everything you see in pictures is what you get.」

「We had another wonderful stay at this villa for our annual summer vacation! It is always well maintained and clean. It’s a convenient location to both the pool and beach. We have 3 small children- ages 2,4, and 6 and the room set ups are perfect for that. This is our 3rd time staying at this property. A suggestion for the hosts for an even more premium experience: consider upgrading televisions to Smart TVs, consider an air fryer (a convenient appliance for families with small kids), and...

「Top shelf property nice neighborhood. No complaints. Easy access to almost everything. I would stay again」

「For anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable beach getaway, I honestly cannot recommend this home enough. If you want a place where you can unpack, settle in, breathe, and simply enjoy your time without worrying about whether you've forgotten something, this is it. The home, the thoughtful amenities, the wonderful location, the beach, the saltwater pool, the hot tub, and—most importantly—the gracious and caring hosts all came together to make this such a special experience for our family....

「The exterior was great. Plenty of parking. Nice pool, easy access to the beach, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and water toys. The hot tub worked great too. Lots of beach towels were available for use.The interior was less so. The lighting in the common rooms was not great. The garbage disposal did not work. Ice was limited to what the refrigerator door provided which was not enough to serve nine people for a week. We had to hunt down bath towels in the laundry since none were placed in...
