不满意：服务设施，清洁度
I noticed immediately how dirty it was. Then as I was touring the apartment the shower was dirty and had paint peeling and 6 inch strips along with rusty metal lung to the bottom. I had bought $ worth of groceries for the week when I get back to the room the very next day from work, I realize the fridge was not cold enough to keep my food at a safe temperature. The milk I had just bought was already curdled. The cheese was limping melted, and I had to throw away all the food in the fridge. Then while getting up on the third morning, I went to grab paper towel from the paper towel provided, and in between the rolls of paper towel. There were three cockroaches alive..
I text called and emailed the customer service to try to give them a chance to fix the fridge. They told me someone would be there in the afternoon to fix the fridge. Exterminator would be there for the cockroaches and they told me there was nothing they could do about the shower.
At 8 PM the following evening I got a knock on the door. It was maintenance telling me they needed two or three hours to work on the fridge. I told them it was too late. I was already going to bed..
I spent a week there without being able to save groceries. Take a shower or feel comfortable.
They did nothing but your service to try to fix the problem
If I could give zero stars, I would, I will never be staying at one of their locations again and I will let everyone I know that also travels for work not to stay at any of their locations
