The property was in a safe area, the exterior and the lobby looked to be maintained. The hotel staff was very nice and greeted us upon arrival and each morning. It was nice that there was a bar and restaurant on the property. The inside pool area was very dirty, the railing into the pool was broken. It looked like the tile and area around the pool had not been cleaned in a long while. Very disappointed that the 2 bedroom suite we booked was so small. Not even enough seating in the living room area of the suite for all of our family to sit. The sofa bed couch had lots of stains and looked pretty shabby for a larger room. The suite's bathroom was not clean, it looked like the floors and shower stall had not been cleaned, the towels smelled musty. We booked it for 5 people but they only supplied towels for 4. Although the staff were friendly, it looks like no one is following up with their cleaning staff and pool maintenance staff. Although the hotel is in a safe area, we will not be staying here again.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly at front desk and restaurant. Nice full breakfast with large assortment of items at an affordable price of $15 per person. Close to lots of stores, other hotels, and restaurants. In safe area. Would definitely stay again.

The property looked good from the outside and inside.It felt safe. Only one elevator has created some delays and we had to use the stairs leading to the outside only.

Carpet and room were so dirty! Housekeeping missed tons of items. Room was very loud and we heard the single working elevator all night long. The pool was filthy and you couldn’t see your feet the water was so foggy. The “lounge” didn’t have anything. There was no coffee or water for guests. There was construction happening but we didn’t know that until we checked in. It was really just terrible.

I booked this room because my friends said how nice this hotel was so my man was in town and it was gonna be like a pre birthday getaway with just us because his actual birthday trip is with other couples . We arrived after dinner and they told us the hotel was out of rooms even though i reserved my room the day before. No heads up or anything! They gave me a voucher for a room a few minutes away. Once we arrived nobody who that hotel sent to the one day the street could get in their rooms because our keys wouldn’t work to our rooms . After going up to our room and back to the front desk a few times I finally suggested that the man at the front desk just go let people in their rooms with the master key. Everyone just wanted to lay down at that point. I let him help everyone else and finally he let us in our room. About 4am my man called down to the front desk and we were finally able to get a room key. So we could leave our room if we wanted. That whole night was a mess and I’m still upset I didn’t get to stay at this hotel I specifically booked.

Happy with room, amenities and food at the grill! Bed was not the best, we both woke up stiff, but mattress preference is hard to nail when traveling! Thanks for a great visit.
