This was the perfect spot for a football weekend in Columbus. The house is essentially brand new and the customer service was beyond amazing! It’s also in a perfect spot in the Short North!!

Everything was great except that I had booked 4 nights and then realized we only needed 3 nights. Even though there was a 100% refund, the host held out 5% and couldn’t tell me where in the website it said that. VRBO retuned 100% of their fee. Upset that they kept the 5%.
