“We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay by the coast. ”

“Charming house in an ideal location just across from the Byes and a short walk into Sidmouth. Parking can be a little tricky, but the owners had provided a folder containing lots of useful information, including alternative parking.”

“Terrible property - due to stay here for 5 nights but posed such a health risk that we left immediately and checked in elsewhere at great expense. Sacks of rubbish left, outdoor dining area unusable, dangerous shower, bedroom fans covered in thick dust and mould. Is not as described - is a mid terraced property, not semi-detached as the pictures suggest. Neighbours garden full of trade waste and arguing with each other so would have been unpleasant to sit outside. Undesirable area. Do not stay……

“A stunning home. Fabulous views. Beautifully appointed with 4 spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and a wonderful kitchen and living area that had the best sea views. The gym was really well equipped and a great bonus. The garden is enclosed and was perfect for our dog too. Outside patios and balconies made the most of some great weather. ”
