「Great little studio/flat apt. Pics online are exactly as listed. Super clean. Nicely decorated. Personsl touches with soap/shampoo/body wash/lotion and a cute towel animal on the bed. The queen bed was super comfy and linens/pillows were soft and cozy. The flat is about a 5 min drive into town and you could walk in about 10 to 15 min. 「It took 3 different codes to be able to access the unit. There where roaches in the kitchen cabinets. No internet (or TV) the entire stay. No compensation was offered. To many disappointing factors to list. 」

「This property was the worst I have have stayed at. broken window blinds, broken towel rack with no hand towels or washcloth no shampoo, or body soap, broken TV remote: the batteries were taped in. once we got the tv on, we couldn't adjust volume or turn it off; no hangers, nothing to wash the dishes with, stains all over the furniture, surface of kitchen chairs so ripped up we couldn't sit on them. 「My initial arrival the apartment was not cleaned at all. Did not look like anything was swept, dusted, wiped off, dishes done, anything. There was trash still leftover from the previous tenant(s). I was not placed in my original booking, and when trying to add dates I could not get clear communication. I asked to speak to the property manager and never got through. When talking to support it was never the same person and the questions were not properly answered. I could never get ahold of...
