「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion all provided. Not noisy at all. The hotel is secure - must have a key card to access the elevators. Staff was very helpful on check-in as well as when I had questions about the area. I was impressed and will be returning.」
