“This is more than just a nights stay. With the personal touches, golf cart adventures to take on the property trails, and participating in Wendy’s special (holy cow delicious!) breakfast, it was truly an unforgettable experience. My husband and I will return again. We greatly enjoyed no TVs or distractions, but in each other’s company and the cute cottage. It is decorated very cute, the claw footed tub was luxurious, and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. Thank you, Wendy, for helping us have……

“This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway.”

“Great property located right on the lake. Very modern updates. NOTE: Third bedroom is not in the main building. Need a separate key to enter and return to main home for any after hours bathroom or snack runs. Would like to have known that before I booked this place with an elderly parent and young child. Paid for three bedrooms, could only use two. Overall nice, safe, well stocked place. ”

“Son stayed here while visiting his girlfriend at Tarleton. He said it was cozy and had everything he needed. Owner was easy to work with and great with communication. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We decided to rent one of these little cabins instead of paying the high priced hotels which they raise the prices. Because the local hotels get updates from the college on key events are going to happen.. we used to stay in the hotel in that area but moving forward, we will not we would rather give somebody that’s hard-working money. The process was perfect from the minute we booked and the communication was exceptional. Our host was very informative.”

“Visited for UTA/Tarleton baseball series- this was a convenient location and far more reasonable than the local hotels! Super clean, provided coffee and creamer, the build out was wonderful- AC worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!! Fun experience! ”
