“Un grand merci à Anna-Maria (la propriétaire) pour sa sympathie et toutes ses explications pour que notre séjour à La Spezia se déroule le mieux au possible.Très bel appartement et très bien équipé cependant le seul petit bémol serait qu'il est assez difficile de se garer lorsque l'on a une voiture.Sinon parfait et encore merci à Anna-Maria Je recommande cet endroit ”

“Logement parfait pour visiter la région des cinq Terres ! Propre, agréable, tranquille et très bien placé, nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à La Spezia. Bien qu'il soit un peu à l'écart du centre ville, nous avons pris le bus (arrêt à 500m) puis le train à la gare centrale pour les cinq terres. Nous sommes tout proche aussi de jolis petits villages en direction de Portovenere, nous y avons passé notre dernière soirée. Nous regrettons de ne pas y être allés avant. Il a fait chaud mais la clim……

“Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch im Berg, ideal zum entspannen. Auf Fragen wurde direkt reagiert. Der Check in lief reibungslos ohne große Probleme ab, auch war alles Vorhanden vom kleinsten Topf bis zur Waschmaschine, auch war alles sauber und ordentlich, zwar war das ein oder andere Gerät zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen funktionierte aber noch einwandfrei und passte ins Gesamtbild der Wohnung rein.”

“Magnifique séjour de 10 jours. Objectif 3 jours de randonnée sur les sentiers des Cinque Terre. Quelques moments shopping sur Porto Vénère, La Spezia, Levanto. Plage et baignade un peu sur toutes les plages rencontrées lors de nos randonnées. Parcours de randonnée : Levanto, Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola et Riomaggiore. Excellent séjour. Découverte des villages par bateau. Appartement très bien situé ”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber – wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben, und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unsere Handtücher vergessen, und der Vermieter hat uns sofort welche organisiert – ein toller Service!Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand ist kein……

“What a wonderful place. Our family of 5 had both apartments and everyone had a bedroom. These apartments are newly remodeled and super clean as well as functional. The location is a 5 min walk to the main station in La Spezia and literally right next to the town square. There is a walking only street filled with shops and restaurants (some of the best pizza you will ever have). The hosts were amazing and super helpful. They showed us how everything works, gave a list of where to shop and……

“Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento con la mia famiglia (2 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli);è un appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutto ciò che occorre, a due passi dal mare e dai parchi giochi per i bambini. C'è un piccolo terrazzino che durante il giorno è un po' caldo ma di sera è ideale per cenare all'aperto. Le operazioni di check-in e out sono state velocissime, la proprietaria è assolutamente flessibile con gli orari. ”
